Grand theft auto 4
I CAN'T DECIDE!
Metal gear solid 4 (mgs) based around stealth, strategy, and story.
Grand theft auto 4 (gta) is based around an interactive story, shooting, blowing stuff up, and multiplayer.
Both have gotten a perfect 10 rating but I don't know which one to get...(of course eventually i'll have both but which one first? :D)
Gta has over 100 hours of gameplay and it also has a sandbox mode.
Mgs has 20 hours but the 20 hours are so full of awesome that earth cannot comprehend it.

I vote MGS.
Stealth and strategy take more smarts than shooting and blowing things up. ;)
Just my (not so) humble opinion.
(my favorite game is still the original Zelda...so, I don't know how much weight my opinion should be given) :)

Even though I still don't think you are old enough for either game.
I give my opinion under duress.
The original Zelda will definitly earn you some points since I'm still not hardcore enough to get past the first dungeon and I have to use a walkthrough for all the other Zelda games I play :D
